The best practice is to set items you know you will use the most (towels, pillowcases) on a recurring status. We suggest setting a small-medium size order per week, and work it in tandem with our “one time” MTOs (Made to Order) page. Set the number of items you wish to set on recurring by using the sliders to the # of that textile type you would like per week. For example: if you want to receive 35 King Flats, move the slider to that number (see below). Keep in mind, this is a per week status, not daily.
Generally, we will take the amount of textile types you want and split them up into 2-3 deliveries. For example: If you wish to receive 60 bath towels per week, we will split that order into thirds (20 on Monday, 20 on Wednesday, 20 on Friday). If you want to customize your recurring order to receive some textile types on one of your delivery day(s) and not the other, please specify in the Special Requests box at the bottom of the form.
When you want to turn the Recurring OFF, please use the form and set all sliders to “0”.
